hey arron if it were me I would give xs engineneering a call there TO4S set up is the shit my buddy has a third gen with this set up along with a greddy 33 r intercooler he puts 580 to the ground and hasnt even begun to tap that turbo and its is smooth as butter comes out of vac at 2000 rpm full boost at 3800 he runs 24 psi. Just a side note if you are going to go over 15psi I recommend an apex seal upgrade the stock ones wether it be a jspec or not wont take over 15psi for long. They really dont like going over 12 for that matter. This of corse is for a 2nd gen I assume that is the car we are talking about because I know you have a 3rd gen too. Also you will need a new ecu the stock one wont cut it xs also make the power fc from a third gen to work in a 2nd just have to tell them you set up and they will send it close real close to where it needs to be set. Thats my two cents.

Justin... here's the other small details that's ALSO goin in for the car.
TD07 "kit" w/ NPR FMIC (full exhaust and everything)
Microtech LTX8 stangalone EMS
Walbro 255 fuel pump with 550 primaries and 1600 secondaries, FPR, braided lines and fittings with a K2RD fuel rail.
The clutch is going to be upgraded later as well as a bigger fuel pump or a twin pump system. I also might install a direct port nitrous system in the next "upgrade". I'll address all the small issues as they arise.

I wouldn't need that much fuel... the 1600's should hold me over up to about 500 horsepower.

but with that set up the transition at 3800 rpms would be rough the car would actually bog (or hesitate) for a split second. Me personallly I would go with 720 primary and 1200 secondary it makes for a smoother more streetable ride but thats my opinion
