and also everytime I have gone to court he always has 10 to 15 more cases than any other officer.

Man my boy in the passenger seat was sketching hard because he was blazed and holding. He came up to the pass. side, flashed his light and asked me to get out. Actually... California has the strictist mod laws. A good boxer knows this... you gotta work the body. If we have enough complaints against the police (Jenkins in perticular) then we can get the laws changed easier.

We should have that exhaut decibal rule thing going on around here like cali has. That way if we get pulled over we just pull out the results of our test and they can let us go.
