I agree that SSRs are on the fragile side but they are good wheels. Apparently you didnt read my post that I dont care much about looks. Bottom line, Fiske, SSR, HRE, Kenisis, and some iForged wheels are good race wheels...period. Personally, I would go with Fiske's

seriously....volks, bbs, enkei are all mass produced wheel and you are lucky if they fit your car like they should. HRE, iForged, and Fiske are all custom made to your EXACT specs

The thing about volks,bbs, ect fitting your car all depends on your knowledge of wheel fitment. The mr2 on this board who just got CCW wheels is a good example. Great custom wheels, weak ass offset. Wheels either make or break a car in terms of looks. (in most cases). Spend some time see what is right for your car 17x7 +45 WHY THE FUCK DO THEY STILL MAKE THAT SIZE/OFFSET!

yes, you have to know exactly what you are looking for (size and fitment) before you order and its your own stupid mistake if your car handles like crap afterwards. IF you want show go buy some volks, if you want to race then buy the wheels I listed.
