I can understand HRE is a bit to glitzy but Kinesis owns all. The best service, fastest turn around time, best quality, best finishes ie anodizing, and fitment, any offset, any lip style.....they are nice wheels plain and simple. You cant get that with most jap wheels and if you do custom order something prepare to wait like 4-5 months. Plus they are real race wheels used in many racing series liek ferrari cup unlike HRE's and CCW's. If I had the $$ I would put these on a sexy car like a FD or something with the proper offset...after consulting my offset specialist first

 

Kenisis are ok on RX-7s but Fikse and CCW are usually the better choice. HRE's are glammor wheels for german cars.

BTW wheel fitment is easy:
33mm x .0394 = 1.3002
offset times mm/in ratio

*remember to add one inch to listed wheel width since most are only bead to bead.
backspace = offset + (width / 2)

frontspace = (width / 2) - offset

FD specific (stock)
backspace limit 6.625"
frontspace limit 3.0"

You also pay out the ass for it... not that I am aganist pay lots for wheels cause i'm not, but damn I am aganist paying a lot for ugly ass wheels.

I am undertermined about Fiske because I haven't seen that many in person. But from pictures they look like the rest of the shit listed above.

EDIT: One more thing wheel FITMENT is EVERYTHING.

 

most of the above is true and I agree with minus the Kinesis comment. Their wheels are very nice and look awesome on the right car. Typically their black center wheels are far more attractive especially on a black car. I too hate all the bling bling HRE's and their ilk, but to each their own I suppose. Kevin is an extremist who's from the Mick Jagger school of wheels .." I see a panasport and I want to ....paint it bllaaack, I see some cobra R's and I want to paint them blaaacckk" etc etc...not that there's anything wrong with that.

Terry in my opinion has the best taste in wheels from his comments on choices and what he runs on the Darwinmobile....the wheelman has spoken.
