Nick, let's recall the situation. Your car was tuned when it was removed from the dyno. I made only minor adjustments that didn't require the dyno. I do this on every car I tune. Your confusing normal shop operations like moving cars around as somekind of disrespect to you. I'm not sure why because it wasn't.
As for Nick's appointment time... things happen and we apologized. I don't hang around a shop all day waiting for work to wander in. I have full time job as a Systems Engineer for the Navy. My having a daytime job like this helps keep the costs of tuning down and give you a tuner with the technical background required to tune the car right. I try to remain very flexable with customers for their convienence. In fact I'm here during my lunch time right now trying to keep everyone happy. If things like traffic or delays during other tunes slide appointment times a bit there's not much I can do about that.
As for your buddie's 05 GT. That was a minor situation that is both mine and the shops fault. But again it's minor and I've read nothing about the steps that we have taken to make good on this minor problem. We only see the "internet terrorisim". This is where we get online and make ourselves look like we have suffered some major trauma of over something like this.

When ed intially did my car when it was n/a it was done in his driveway over a soda
and two weeks later on the dyno it was dead on. Of course...im sure more could have been done on the dyno to get the extra...2 rwhp out of the car. But for bolt on cars you dont need a pure dyno tune. Unless you have $$ to drop
