On another F the man note, here is a possible legislative bill that has been proposed that we as a scooter community should be concerned about:

Will limit us to roads with a posted speed limit no higher then 35mph. Contact your Delegate if you do not agree with this. This bill is going up for discussion later today so please don't wait, contact them as soon as you can and express your opinion.
