If you think the S2000 F20/22C needs more power to enjoy what it's all about, you're missing the picture. That's a fact.

It lacks hp and torque. I will never race anyone in a straight road with my 'S' bc of that!Originally Posted by POS DSM

Forced induction has no place on an S2000.

Thanks man. And no worries, this current GPW will follow the exact path my last Laguna did. Pretty much a simple build with some quality parts. And of course, no forced induction. Forced induction has no place on an S2000.

I've had 4 n/a s2000s before the current one I have (440whp on pump); and yah they are extreme fun with a few bolt ons; but you can't hate on one that will run a 10 sec 1/4 mile and still fuck up a road course with proper tires and a boost controller. I'd run circles around a stock s2000 on a road course/auto-x course.
There will always be purists, I call those guys pansies.
Top down + reliable, running car = even better
I have never seen a boosted S2000 not have at least one issue. Never. And I've been doing this S2000 thing for 8 years, and have seen 100s of builds.

I do appreciate a well built boosted S2000 though, but most of those cars are executed perfectly with the SoS kit.
