I went last night but not for the meet. I thought it was Thursday, and completely forgot about the meets at Sonic anyways. Had to get some tots in me before working on my friends CRX!

Oh, and someone yelled rice when we drove by lawl. Unless they thought my bad IACV was me revving at them, I don't know what provoked that, but oh wells.

 

there's a lot of vcu nasioc members who want to start up a meet in september. i threw out hometeam grill as a location, and it's likely to happen sometime soon.

Its good that you had that sonic meet as long as you had.
A few years back I used to go to all the local meets.

99% were shit and I just gave up on the richmond car scene. Its either a bunch of domestic guys that dont hang out because most car people in richmond are idiots or its all the import guys. And in richmond 90% of import guys are idiots.

The reality is we don't have the car culture of a bigger city like LA or Miami. It really sucks

Luckily the Friday meets are still going strong (I won't disclose the location)

Its not the greatest meet or anything but people have nice clean cars and ZERO idiots.
