DUDE SERIOUSLY I HAD TO WAIT 3 WEEKS FOR MY HID'S TO COME IN THEY FINALY CAME IN AND I PLUGGED IN ALL UP AND THEY DONT WORK IM SENDING EM BACK DONT WORRY BOUT SENDING ME NEW ONES THIS TIME ILL DEAL WITH SOMEONE ELSE HORRIBLE SERVICE DUDE

 

Are you sure you installed them correct? the plugs on the ballast can go 2 ways if you have them wrong then your grounding them out and hince they wont turn on. As for the 3 weeks. I always tell people it can be between 7-10 business days if items are NOT in stock. Your kit was NOT in stock. thats 2 weeks right there. I was also out of town for family issue's as stated in my previous post. Sorry you had to wait a few more days. As for the kit. If you are having issue's PLEASE call or PM me. I will walk you threw it to make sure everything is working correctly if not I would love to test the kit to figure it out. NO ONE has ever plugged a kit up and had the whole kit NOT work. Most of the time its either a car issue or install issue that id like the chance to figure it out with you before making a post trying to bash me as that is unfair. i do installs for a livin i plug kits in all day the car has a hid kit currently and no promblems on that one but kit is on its way back to u
