This post doesn't make sense.... Put a big 'ol snail on the 12.5:1 comp. CRX you USED to have? Or put a big ol snail on the ultra bulletproof H22 in the prelude?? Hmmm, well I guess it's up to you.

I see, well excuse me for getting defensive but I was under the impression you were mocking him.

 

The last run ever in the car was an 11.4x at 12x, this is when he blew it up mid track.

 

ummm...im pretty sure i was talking about the h22. if i wanted to hang with the mR2 i would have just bought 100 shot and called it a day...talking about the CRX.

saleen's car is fuckin sick... i've seen it at MIR making some nice numbers, letting off 1000 foot it looked like.. haha..

but yeah.. in my opinion, a street car is one that can be driven around town and such.. might ride a trailor for long trips, but once it's to a location can drive all over town no prob. the "drop at the start, roll back on the trailor at the finish" cars are fucking stupid and should just stay at home in my opinion.. if you can't drive your car from the meet spot to the race spot it shouldn't be on the street.

also i dunno if you're talking about on the street or not, but remember any high hp FWD cars will lose at least a second on the street to traction, usually more

And his car is daily driven, and run at the track like it is on the street.

 

has that car ever actually been ran in the 1/4 ?.....horsepower doesnt automatically mean fastest time or trap speed.

Hell if i know. I remember a post on LS1tech about someone asking what 123 in the 1/8 would be abouts in the 1/4, and I think the general consensus was 160ish mph. Lemme see if I can dig it up, he didnt specifically say Saleen, but how many orange turbo 4 valve saleen notchbacks are there in/around Richmond?
