The worst thing about this meet is that now about 70% of the people that come don't come for the cars or the food. Now its just a place to hang out. If you go you'll notice that there are like 4 or 5 groups of people that all hang out with each other and pretty much only each other. Its a shame this meet has gone so far downhill.

It's not unavoidable.
Douchebags abound in NoVA too, and look what that fella did with the MegaMeet.
Find an off-duty Richmond cop or two to come hang out with squad cars and go to town. Of course, it always seems easier in planning than execution.
(but it's been my experience that out of the Chesties, Henrico cops and RPD, the RPD guys are usually the most laid back of the bunch.)

I thought so. Considering I was playing with my stall and left that light across from the Arbys near VCU at about 2500RPM with all the tire smoke that entails.

i have to agree. I do own an import, but i feel as though most of the idiots that cause the trouble own imports. And its basically been said before...
its because they are cheap and the people just want attention for what they have over top of what the nice cars have. Sometimes i cant help but laugh at how stupid they act, but it gets old really qiuck.
