I love going to Sumo's on Independence in Virginia Beach. It's a Japanese steakhouse. Yummy.

Also, check out Stiney's in Virginia Beach. It's in the back of the Thalia neighborhood. Pretty good food from everybody that I've talked to.

Bangkok Garden-Thai. Right next to Central Library

Baker's Crust-Soups, salads, pastas. on va beach BLVD. by greatneck i think.

De Vines-Italian. Greenbrier area by the Gamestop.

some place called Carolina BBQ or something along those lines. by Battlefield BLVD and a little bit after the Lowes going away from the interstate.

You obviously don't eat at very many good places.

actually, i was the prep cook of the norfolk location, and recently i transferred to the one at laskin. so prepare for the food at laskin to taste the same as norfolk. i make every sauce by hand every morning, not too mention all the other food. come in soon, things have already changed, and are getting better. the former executive chef of the norfolk location came with me too, so things should be to your liking soon. let me know if you want to come in and give it a try We were brought in to get that location straight, we have the business, but have heard similar feedback, so everything should be coming together soon. Oh, and we will be presenting a new menu very soon.
