Yeah I saw some people were definitely hooking, but also heard lots of others complaining about it being slick. It got MUCH better as the night went on. I couldn't get anything though, I ended up leavin around 8:30. *shrug*

My car was trapping about 4-5mph slower than it should be anyways, I have some issues to work out somewhere.

Does Richmond have a set Et or MPH for the 1/4 before they make you run the 1/8 only?

It must be somewhere in the 9's or something that correlates to a similar time (Perhaps some MPH?). I've seen 9's but never 8's.

there is the black yamaha... dude with "lewis" on his leathers that goes 8s every now and again.

at least i think it's a yamaha.

the closest thing with 4 wheels going 8s that i have seen has been richard t's yellow coupe.

Bike rules may be a little different too though, who knows.

There have been some 8.80's on street nights...

Most dont do it because they save it for grudge runs... Two of the cars that ran last Friday would have been 8.70-8.90...

Hopefully we will see that soon. The 1/8th mile choice was just because of all the rain on the ground im sure.
