I'm on a softball and football team out here and I'm looking for something to entertain myself when I get back and my dad keeps telling me to go play rugby.

With the spring time rolling around we should get some games going. I'm 5 months out of knee surgery, it's not football season, and 7-on-7 games with my team just isn't enough. All I need to do is get my 40 yard dash time down to a 4.5 since i gained wait from heavy lifting and coming off a knee surgery and I am ready.
