Racing lead to fatal accident
And even if they were racing, no one MADE him do it, it's noone elses fault but your own. and if there had been someone else in the Evo it would have been the Evo Driver's fault regardless.
Not much I can add which hasn't already been said in this thread. Yes the evo made a mistake, but the bmw is also liable.
SN4KE is on point with the BMW driver being legally liable for the guy's death. Its not a question of right or wrong, it has to do with the way the laws are written in Virginia. IMO, the manslaughter and hit and run charges are excessive, but thats how things work here.
What more would you expect from the state where car enthusiasts are treated as criminals and equipment violations take priority over real crime like burglaries and gang activity.

My condolences go out to his friends and family.
I dont think the bmw should be charged with anything leading to his death other than maybe a racing ticket (which i'm sure they will never find him in the first place with that vague description of the car). Like others said for all we know he didn't even see the accident go down and just continued on his way down the highway.

wow, yeh.. definitely a really good idea but i think it would cause extra amounts of morning and shit.
