^ yeah, my aunt lives up in NOVA, and there are Mini-vans and SUV's flying down those little back roads that I'm a little hesitant to get the Miata going up on.
^^and yeah, I'm betting cops that patrol 'those' roads out in backwaters VA know em' better than most especially how to set up traps hah... West Neck, Flanagan's, most of those roads out there set up a pretty good trap, cause there's no where else to go on those roads but end to end/intersection.

i go on those roads on average once a day when im back home, they sit in the exact same spots everytime

at certain parts, there is literally nowhere to park, swamp on one side, 6 ft deep ditch on the other

its fun

These are a few pics of a 06 drive that I led threw/around Isle of Wight County. Takes about 45 min. to complete the loop.

If yall want to come out and play sometime let me know. Make sure you have some travel in your suspension though. I think Tarmac rally would fit well as a example.

Wow it's been awhile since the site was updated...

Funny you said that, I was about to get these http://flyinmiata.com/index.php?dept...%20%20STANDARD
Well not about, the list goes, boost, head, suspension. But 7 inches compared to the stock 1.5 (I think) hah... so worth shelling out some cash.

Yeah, but it's still a bit of a ways off, kit that I'm getting is 5k, then that rebuilt racing style head is another 2k, then I can finally get suspension. Though if I ever try going to VIR I think I'll make sure I have an oil cooler and after market radiator and fans as well. I hear a lot about people at drift events and auto cross just overheat.
