Trooper Rose came out to my house today to check out my car. Before i start Trooper Rose was a mechanic for years! Got his state inspector license then later on started working with the state police. "HE KNOWS WAT HE"S DOING" Anyways he came up to the door and rang the door bell i opened the door and he is kinda laughing! So he says " is this the car, if so Trooper Pantle definitely didn't know what he was doing and Trooper Short as well! I said i know exactly how u feel you drove here for nothing He measured at the bumper bar and it measured 14'3. Pantle and Short were measuring it from the radiator support! He laughed when i told him that. We go on a lil conversation and he says till this day i always get calls from other troopers asking me to check out people's cars who have mods on them that were giving tickets.

well he told me he's calling pantle and telling him wats up and that i wont even have to show up for court and if i do i just have to show face and dont have to say a thing!



We need law enforcement people like Trooper Rose who know what the fuck they are doing!

not if he had the code with him and he read through it with me and he's from the Road safety department! since you think you know a lot maybe you should read that code 2. check it out on the first page! theirs a link to it!

 

I like how some you think you know what your talkn about..well if you were in my place and i took the time and i went to the State Police headquarters and im straight! I do have mods on my car but its above the limit. Code does not say anything about the mods! its just states the range!

I have been in the honda game for years now and ive gotten altered suspension tickets and wat does the judge says raise it up or keep getn the ticket! So until you take the time and go and talk to somebody who knows the law and had the code right infront you and tell you that your ok keep your thoughts to yourself!

 

the code has nothing to do with it. that is the range for the factory heights of vehicles ex the vettes.

you vehicle at factory height is in this range.

The ticket does not say ANYWHERE on it that you were too low or at a certin measurement or out of the height range.

It says YOUR SUSPENSION IS ALTERED, ie not stock OEM or OEM Replacement

that is what you got a ticket for
