YOur getting some orders mixed up here jason..
i bought a 3k kit for my headlights...
tyook about 6 weeks, but i got it, you had some good excuses...
then i ordered th3 3k fog kit and the 5k headlight bulbs...
about 3 months go by and nothing.....
then all of a sudden teh fog kit shows up... with no headlight bulbs...
then when teh fog kit is wrong, you ask me to ship it back and you will ship me a new kit.... and i still had not recieved my headlight bulbs i ordered orgionally.
so juts stop with all you lies and bullshit. your full of shit, plain and simple. I wish you were fucking local i would of been at your house every damn day until i had my money back...
and you knwo the worst part???
when this shit you send me craps out, Im shit out of luck, because there is no way i am sending you anything for a warranty exchange, it will take 2 years ..

I texted one of you that night to let them know I couldn't make it and explained the situation. I got a reply saying sorry hope everything works out and let me know if you can make it. I said I doubt I can, Ill be in winchester. You guys were willing to drive out that night it seemed even to winchester. I how ever did not have the kit with me so there was no point in meeting up. I am sorry I didnt back in touch with you guys until like 2 weeks later and by then it seemed to late. So sorry again.

Justin frank was shipped 2 HID kits, from me.
He got both kits and installed them. The 9005 kit worked well. The H7 kit I sent (piaa.com says his car takes a h7 for the fogs) did not fit. I asked him to check his bulb for the writing to see what bulb it was. It was a H11. I asked him to please send the H7 back to exchange. He refused. Said once he got the h11 he would sent the h7 back. I was very hesitant about sending ANOTHER kit out with out the original kit back in my hands.

why would i send you shit until i see the right product afterwaiting that long....
then... you promised me you still would ship me the bulbs i had paid for 2 months earlier and you never did...

Just making sure you don't forget about my relay pack that took a crap on me over 4 months ago. I am hoping I am one of these people that will finally be taken care of as well.

A friend of mine bought a kit from Jason and it only took about a week or so and he met up on short notice and everything. He get's a thumbs up from me. Sorry to hear about other's situations but I think he will be man enough to take care of the problem and at least act civil here. He's had tons of happy customers but he's only human. Humans tend to forget, make mistakes, or just come up on hard times, thus you will get a few unhappy ones as well. I tell you what though you guys aren't getting anywhere by bashing and name calling that's for sure.
