maximize your potential fix the car meaning paint it get it looking nice then your chances of getting a 10,000 will be better. Often people will dish out maybe 2 3 grand for a car that needs some work, but 7,500 is not going to happen at least not the way it looks now. Cars sell themselves if they are clean

who knows...its the same people that will pay 10000 for a swapped civic thats worth 5 but they actually complain when they can buy a car for a lot less than its worth
