First thing off, please reframe from touching my car ever again, I don't know who you two are are what you’re up to but please leave me out of it. I do not try or attempt to race anyone because it would be an infraction to my Other Job, which I work with and in conjunction with the Chesterfield County and Virginia State Police.

So please do not leave a note on a car unless you know that it is the correct persons vehicle the next time this happens the subject who left the note will not like the action that they have chose. Because the note will be handed over to the County.

Also, If I wanted to I could have called the Police with the note that was left on my car. Because what you did was a written threat.
