every platform is different.
define the "proper" tune... no two EMS's are the same. if it were as simple as timing and fuel then everyone would run a piggy back system that controls only those two variables...
timing and fuel are not the only variables by far...
very promising situation damaged by the above arrogant (we can tune anything) comment.
sorry for the rant.

youre correct bro. VAG, HONDATA, EUROECU, all different. even american cars have diff tunning aspects regarding spark, timing, fuel, temp gas adjustment, voltage , cfm, and even valve staging.
hm. scary, ill just go to dyno then....
then theres tuning each gear and RPM for the correct amount, gear ratios also effect tuning, hm......is that b20 guy gone yet?

I don't doubt the tuners at Millenium. They are good people...i've met them.
But nobody should be saying such a blanket statement as "Tuning is Tuning"
Its ok though, im sure it was just misinterputed.
farrrrrr gone.

.
the statment was more than just "tuning is tuning..."
but whatever...
only one tuner in the area has the reputation to really work some magic...
im sure we all know who that is.
so if i were to ever have anyone tune anything it would def be that one person.

You guys are really reading WAY too far into this! I made a simple statement. You guys are right, there is more variables, but all have the same adjustments!!! Thus the reason for my statement, if you can tune one, you can tune another, same adjustments, different system! I just dont know why you guys are bashing this, an AWD dyno in the area and a good dyno, not trash and you guys what to bash!! I just dont understand it, if you dont want to come to the shop to get tuned, then dont, that simple! Thank you.
