I have a new respect for people that do this shit for a living. That's ALOT of work to do by hand, and it's only halfway done.
First time I ever tried to shape/upholster a seat myself. I don't have the cash to pay someone to do it, so I figured it was worth a shot. Still alot of stitching (by hand!) and trimming to do, but I have a grand total of 20 bucks in it. Can't complain.

Yeah its a lot of work. I just redid my seat to make it softer. I didn't have to do any stitching but stretching the vinyl evenly over the pan was a little tough. Probably would have been easier if I had stronger staples. Not to mention, the job I didn't doesn't look super even lol.
