I was in basically the same boat, but my probation requires me to be employed full time and I had to take what I could get until I'm able to get my feet back into an IT position.

They just brought in two more people on 3rd shift... Its a revolving door at this place... Of course that happens when you have temps. coming in... Yea, 9.50 sucks, trust me I know... But you don't really do anything... You stand in one spot and put transmission gears on a rack...
