Not sure if anyone else has had a problem with seller but me, just sharing this as a warning. I paid for a kit in full on 3/17 and still to this day don't have anything. Jason gave me bogus tracking numbers and promised me the kit many times. Has now been promising me a refund for a week now and guess what, still nothing. He accused me of signing for a kit and when he gave me the tracking number it was delivered to another city that I am not even in. Was promised a refund by the end of the morning again today and still no refund.

BUYERS BEWARE!

 

I just got a text message from Jason telling me it was wrong to post what I posted. He also threatened me by saying he is not going to refund me and to escalate the claim on paypal. I am glad he has been texting me all this time instead of verbal, makes it easier for me to get my money back from the crook. This is going to be fun!



P.S. I am sure he alerted the mods about my post so hopefully they won't get deleted.

wow man, thats a first..ive purchased many things from him and never have had any problems. could be theres a tracking number mix up? hopefully everything gets figured out.

 

There is no mix up. I bought them from him rather than the other kits even though they were more expensive because i knew he had been around for awhile. He refuses to return my phone calls and would randomly send a text from time to time stating excuses. He even argued with me that he had shipped the item to me when in fact he gave me the wrong tracking number. I waited patiently for 4 weeks and am still stuck with nothing today. It's a shame that he is childish and making things harder than they should be. Hell, i know the economy is tough but if he needed money he could have just said that.

I said go ahead and escalate the claim in other words, to resolve the issue. You were right. The kit did get shipped to the wrong house. Not a problem as I stated before I would refund you as promised. Ive only had 1 person have a issue and it will be taken care of like it should. It was our fault, not yours it will be delt with accordingly. From my text, I told you in it. Go ahead and escalate the claim. I dont think it was right for you to post that but I understand why you did. I will refund you in 24hrs and i will this evening as promised.

So with this said, you calling me a thief/crook ect is bs. Honestly i think you should of given me the 24hrs as i said i would do to show you that im honest. Guess its easier to jump the gun call names and point fingers then is to see. Again its not a problem and I am a man of my word and will take care of this. I never once said Sorry for the problems it may of caused. I do think the name calling is crap and childish. My action's were not by any means being a crook or thief ect. We had a kit shipped and we honestly thought you had it. That is why you did not get a refund sooner. A business cant and wont give a customer a refund when they feel they have the product. Its simple business. No one would buy a tv and then go to best buy and say i want my money back with out returning the tv. After searching and trying to figure out what has happend we figured it out and it was our fault With that said you were right and we will take care of it. I will do the refund because again it wasnt your fault it was ours. Sorry again.
