I dont know if there's a certain way those things clip in but id be familiar with those before you do. I got a huge laugh out of a guy at Tour de Cure last year wearing them as he came to a stop(waiting to start at the starting line keep in mind) and couldn't get his feet out and just fell right the fuck over onto his side. It looked like it hurt quite abit.

Whose gonna be out and about today? Should be nice.

 

Its really easy to unclip, im not gonna lie, every now and then i forget im clipped ans kinda go to the side when i stop... But its too easy to unclip to fall over. . . plus in most pedals you can adjust how much resistance you can to have for uncliping. . . All you really have to do is rotate your foot a bit and it comes undone. Its harder to clip in than to unclip.

 

ah, he probably just picked them up for the ride not using them before then.
