I said go ahead and escalate the claim in other words, to resolve the issue. You were right. The kit did get shipped to the wrong house. Not a problem as I stated before I would refund you as promised. Ive only had 1 person have a issue and it will be taken care of like it should. It was our fault, not yours it will be delt with accordingly. From my text, I told you in it. Go ahead and escalate the claim. I dont think it was right for you to post that but I understand why you did. I will refund you in 24hrs and i will this evening as promised.
So with this said, you calling me a thief/crook ect is bs. Honestly i think you should of given me the 24hrs as i said i would do to show you that im honest. Guess its easier to jump the gun call names and point fingers then is to see. Again its not a problem and I am a man of my word and will take care of this. I never once said Sorry for the problems it may of caused. I do think the name calling is crap and childish. My action's were not by any means being a crook or thief ect. We had a kit shipped and we honestly thought you had it. That is why you did not get a refund sooner. A business cant and wont give a customer a refund when they feel they have the product. Its simple business. No one would buy a tv and then go to best buy and say i want my money back with out returning the tv. After searching and trying to figure out what has happend we figured it out and it was our fault With that said you were right and we will take care of it. I will do the refund because again it wasnt your fault it was ours. Sorry again.

You can call it BS, childish or whatever you like. It's sad I had to come on here and post this in order to get some action. I tried for 4 weeks to either get my money back or what I paid for and you weren't cooperating at all. In fact you acted like a complete dick on the phone when I could actually get you on. Most of the time and wanted to argue with me and telling me I will have the package the next day. Odd how you are so nice here and appearing to be welcoming to help on thsi thread. With that being said I now have a full refund of what I sent to Jason as of now. I did not answer your phone calls because I don't need to deal with you anymore. To anyone else who buys a kit from him i hope you don't go through the same thing i did. Have a good one.
