I also cleaned up a few things on page 1. I will be wording some of the rules a little different tonight as well. Nothing will be changed except for how its worded.

The track is garbage, And a lot of the faster street cars have a very hard time stopping there. I think they even have a 8.90 cut off for 1/4mile. Witch rules out class 2 all together and a few cars out of class1. Richmond is a 100% no go.

David, have fun with this one. Your car deserves it.

For the record I have no pull with VMP and dont know the guy that well. I just know what we were told at the last true street race. I dont want to see anyone get booted or hurt but if you have 9 or 10 second cars and race without a cage your a fool. Ive seen many wrecks any the safety equipment is there for a reason. With racing its not IF its WHEN.

Good Luck to all.

mikeys car has no intercooler piping, weight reduction, or wheelie bars. just to set the record straight. i have met you in person before, and you seem like a nice enough guy, im not trying to start any crap with you, just so you know. im just wondering where is all the hate coming from. i wish you would reconsider. i would love to have you and your car in the event in class 2. but you have to see the can of worms we would be opening if we let you into class 1. we have to keep the classes somewhat fair and competitave. also im shure most of the cars will have the safty equipment they are supposed to. and on top of that your not inside the car without a cage. and if the track decides not to let someone run, so be it what does i matter to you.

There is no hate between ANYONE in this thread and myself. I know ALOT of these people and have Street and Track raced with them for years.

I may run class two but make the drive for class one. Who knows, its all in fun.

But yes I like to stir the pot.
