Yeah it's a base. Saw him on 95 a couple weeks ago. Snapped a pic just for this thread but deleted it. He was trying to race my fiancée's car with my son in the back and weaving in and out.

Yeah sorry for the shit picture quality. I was riding shotgun and it was difficult to keep the phone steady. Figured that POS was worth trying for though.
