Sorry to take so long to post, Ive been driving my new Legacy GT Limited 
It turned out to be the best thing for me. It is quick, as it has a detuned STi motor in it (runs 13s), handles great, luxurious (leather, heated seats, sunroof, etc), and I think is pretty. I want to thank Roy (Megah_Man) for helping me get an ungodly deal on this car from RK. Roy is a salesman there, and knowing that he was helping me out was what brought me to RK, and the price they gave me is what is going to make me recommend them. Thanks Roy!!! Expect pics up soon after it gets detailed.

Well, depends whose driving, some tests have them in high 13s, but the majority of testers will get a mid 14. Just like a WRX is said to do 14.1, but anyone short of a professional driver cant get under a 14.5
Either way, its peppy, and I will not be taking it to the track to prove it though.
