Well.... I would LIKE a predominantly RWD biased truck based 4x4. But a Pilot will suffice.

The new ones are absolutely gorgeous, however they're quite pricey... I can't recall if they have a third row seat or not though.
I don't know about their reliability though. My neighbors has been in the shop since week two. It has had damn near a new drivetrain put in it.

Yeah I'd pass on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I love having a dad that owns a towing business because when I'm car shopping he tells me the majority of the shit he tows and what happens to it. He's towed a TON of those and they have a shitty resale value. Probably because they suck.

Ive been reading through a Consumer Reports auto buying guide and the Nissan SUV's rank at the bottom for reliability. I heard this somewhere and its now confirmed. The Pathfinder Armada especially has more issues than any other SUV the mag tested. The #1 SUV... Toyota Land Cruiser / Lexus LX470. Both have seating for 7. They hold their resale for a reason.

wow this thread is still going...? Anyways I need to correct what I said a few posts back, the Pathfinder is actually mid range, while the Armada and QX56 rank at the bottom.

The new pathfinder is a pretty damn nice vehical. If this guy flakes on buying my Audi I might just hold off for a new Pathfinder. If he does buy it I'll most likely pick up a Pilot.

My Sequoia was 3 years old when I bought it. Its fully loaded. I paid $25k for it w/ 40,000 miles. I FREAKING LOVE IT. Heck, I like it more than the Supra.
