let make a car specific thread(dsmers)
LOL now i have to admit that is true and funny. Well i dont know what im gunna do but i will let everyone know when it is done and see what everyone thinks.
i had a bodykit on my RS-T then i got sick of it and wanted to go back to stock body, i did the kit like my senior year of HS when i was 18 and 3 years later ...im glad i blew it up so i didnt have to look at that kit anymore. but now im better off anyways AWD FTW But your car do what ya want, just not my cup of tea
I must agree with White97dsm, i had a body kit on my 99 Gs-t, I liked it in high school but after, to this day i regret it. It was a pain in the ass keeping maintenance on it and trying to get into parking lots. The side skirts were molded and ended up curbing them so I ended up selling it. Now i have a 4g63, and its staying stock
. Besides I kick myself in the ass everyday for not using the vast amount of money in performance upgrades. keepin it clean +1 ....just my 2 cents

I agree, the body kit idea has to go. The blitz kit in absolutely no way makes you stand out. It is the most overly used body kit I have ever seen, not to mention it never looked good from day one. I seriously don't get the whole " I want to stand out" mentality. For god sakes you drive a DSM not a Ferrari, people will care more about it for being a clean and attractive car, than a car with fucking doodads hanging off of it from every angle. Seriously, Ive been that road, and its stupid as hell looking back on it. If you have 3 years of body experience, great, put it to use making sure the stock body is as cleanly done as possible. Just please make sure you get over the "I want to stand out" phase as quickly as possible, as one day you will grow out of it and look back thinking "wtf was wrong with me".
