I look at it like these kids from maryland stick together in this little car theft ring while the kids in nova are trying to catch these fuckers. Bottom line is stay on your side of the state line, but then again people from va could be jackin cars and dumping them in p.g. but i rarely ever see a post from someone in maryland saying their car got stolen. All i got to say is shoot on sight, police obviously aren't much help.
