Spotted a Silver SRT-4 in chester today at the food lion area on rt1. OEM stlye Carbon fiber hood. Looked stock in every other department. Wondering if they are on here

There is a Black Dodge Charger RT new model decked out in police lights, push bars in the front, fake radar in the window with Florida plates that have the army logo on it, i see him in his camo's so he is military and he you can catch him a various carwashes doing complete donuts burning all his rubber, the car looks good but dont let it fool you he is not a cop nor a military cop so feel free to try him out at the light. he will race.
