i say vtec head is most power for your money right now then up the compression with some type r pistons and get it tuned u will be happy! for alot less than 2g's

Well you should still go with a shorter geared tranny... id suggest gsr... cant really go wrong there.. Also I HIGHLY suggest at least the basic bolt ons... exhaust, header, intake all of which you can find used.. Get parts that have a good rep behind them.. you wont be sorry you did. Then get nitrous and get your shit tuned. You should be doing something then :-)

Also you might want to look into a bigger fuel pump and maybe injectors im not really sure what a 75 shot needs to run safely... but you may want to look into that.

Get an inexpensive e-gay turbo, boost on 8-10 lbs, and have it tuned.

But to answer ur question, yes on the o-rings and OEM honda headgasket.
