I had a great time at the show, but people need to stop hating on the efforts of others who spend their time and money trying to put on a good car show for everyone. When people post comments such as "the show was lame" or "the show sucks balls" thats just casting negative light on a good thing. If people would get their butts in gear and drive their car a few miles we could make the show something huge. Im mean look at gourgeous757, she drove up from VA beach just cause a stranger sent her an invite on car domain. That right there is dedication. Thanks everyone who came out to support the FCHS automotive program.
I had a blast, regardless of the fact that a stock hyundai beat everyone. Don't get me wrong, i <3 the gencoupe, but really? Haha i think we need to start premoting next year's show.. maybe more people will come

Yeupp. Just so you all could make fun of my engine bay. I had a blast, regardless of the fact that a stock hyundai beat everyone. Don't get me wrong, i <3 the gencoupe, but really? Haha i think we need to start premoting next year's show.. maybe more people will come

Haha i think we need to start premoting next year's show.. maybe more people will come BTW: I was talking to the auto shop teacher today. he said about 25 imports showed up at the school at 3 after the show was over. they had met up at tysons and rolled in. They thought the show was going till midnight...

I showed my car at this event a couple years back. It was the biggest joke ever. They had about 10 different classes planned out but it was so unorganized that cars were put into whatever class the person giving out numbers felt like. When it came time to tally up the votes and hand out trophys they didnt know what to do. So they started asking stupid questions and the first person to answer got a trophy or prize. Complete waist of time. Unless you count the entertainment that was the 16yo car "models" posing and sitting their fat ass' on everyones cars. Im pretty sure I still have pics from it.
