For 30K you get a car that performs along the lines of an M series Z3 or M coupe...beats the hell out of a regular Boxter and runs neck and neck with a Boxter S. Every single one of those cars cost's signifigantly more than the S2000. It beats the drop top 350Z pretty handily and is funner to drive than anything I've ever been behind the wheel of. I guess you really just have to drive one to appreciate it...I recomend you do so before you compare it to that overweight, under powered, overpriced, reworked Lincoln LS that Ford passes off as a T-bird.
