I might have a chance to get off of this one!! They wrote the ticket right but the Warrant of Arrest IS WRONG!!! The court code is not the same a ss the ticket!!! I looked up the warrant and its for car Ins??? Not racing!!! Ill talk to the laywer soon most of the time when the stuff is writen wrong you get off!!!

 

fyi, the rsx is not on any kind of boost, know ur shit b4 u start talking..

oh and the race, the civic went on the 2nd honk.. he jumped it and farked me up cause he went early..

he asked me to honk when he's the one with the automatic..

 

NOT really, if it's Fairfax Adult Detention Center, some people stay in there for over 2 years. Cause I was in jail last year and some guy was in there for 18 months

you know what the consequences are when you street race.... if you are not willing to take the consequences dont do it.... theres smart ways to do things and dumb ways.... everyone loves racing here i guess...but a little peace of advice from people here on the forum dont judge.... unless you are willing to be judged yourself..

I would also like to add. I was in jail last year for eluding police. He was undercover and turned on his light when I was a good 1/2 mile away. I looked back and saw his lights. I figured that since I was turbocharged, just gun the car, turn off into some neighborhoods, and turn off the lights. VERY DUMB MISTAKE! I almost got away, but lost control of the car on the notoriously twisty part of Braddock road (near TJHS).

I had a private lawyer and they gave me a $1,250 fine, 1 year drivers license suspension, and 60 days in Fairfax County ADC Jail.

That was the most stupidiest mistake ever. I didn't realize how serious it was until after the incident. IF I had hit another car when I lost control of my car, the other driver/passengers could've been dead and I would've spent 2 years+ in jail, numerous charges (involuntary manslaughter), have no car insurance, crappy job, and live the rest of my life knowing that the family members will forever grieve the loss of their loved ones.

Now, I drive like miss Daisy...

Drive safely people. Don't street race or elude, especially in Fairfax County or on 66. If you want to race or drive fast, keep it on the tracks.
