I wouldn't put much faith into what Inline Pro says in regard to what an S2000 engine can hold. There isn't even an S with 700whp yet, and over half the S2000s they touch are on their second or third or fourth engine. And these are BUILT engines.

 

Some S2000 owners were working on Quaife. They had originally agreed to develop a diff for something like $30,000 up front and a donor car. Now they've given up on it, the S2000 guys have run out of cash and Quaife says if they ever DO build a diff it would have to cost ~$8,500 so they wouldn't lose any money. Apparently the market just isn't big enough

 

You dont need no stinking quaife, you need someone to get off their ass and rig up a ford 9" to fit it.

 

Some Austrailian guys are running R32 Skyline diffs with no issues yet

Nobody hase made a 9" fit though...
