I just dont know why you guys are bashing this, an AWD dyno in the area and a good dyno, not trash and you guys what to bash!! I just dont understand it, if you dont want to come to the shop to get tuned, then dont, that simple! Thank you.
i dont question their ability... grey has proven to tune for power thats for sure.
i just had a problem with your comments about "tuning is tuning, its all the same, blah blah blah..."
its just scary to see a shop member especially you sean/shawn say "its all the same."
id hate to see you guys attempt to tune something and it not go right because of whatever reason, then the guy comes back and says "well you said you could tune it all." and in return you guys get a bad rap with the local public for some rumored random reason... you know how it goes.
i dont think anyone was bashing. and i know im not hating on the fact that you guys are getting an all wheel drive dyno...
thumbs up for being the first.
id like to see you guys tune a VAG/VW/audi system and make the tune stick with out the ME-7 ecu system adapting out whatever tune you throw at it in a matter of minutes. tuning is tuning tho i guess right? adjusting fuel and timing?
not with vw/audi/porsche.
thats all im saying so dont get all huffy and puffy with my comments.(all them exclamation marks and all... must be one of two things, excited or angry)

Shawn I know what you ment and most of the people comminting about that statement have no clue how to tune a car anyway. I said most not all so dont everyone get all pissy. Grey is a very compatent tuner and when I worked there he helped me greatly.

not to mention the ECU maps everything out...
when you make an adjustment with lemmewinks it makes that adjustment across the entire map... from 0-7600... you cant make an RPM based adjustment.
you cant really tune with it, you can make broad adjustments to cure minor fueling issues for a short period of time. id consider it a band-aid rather than a tuning solution.
thats what i used to milk about 500bhp out of mine
its just hard to tune these things for a few reasons, so it does infact work. the drive by wire throttlebody also hinders tuning. just so many things to take into consideration when it comes to vag tuning.
once again shawn/sean i was not hating/bashing at all...
someone else questioned the tuning ability... i just commented on your comment.
