the plates are probaly stolen 70% of the time if you see hispanic people with these plates there stolen because the driver is illegal

 

why would anyone even do that to a car?

i think im going to go on a ricer hunt tonight. nothing else interesting to do around fredericksburg. i know exactly where like 10 park but i always forget my camera. heres 2 for the time being...
