Ok... so I picked up another parts R6 to finish putting together the other 3 that I have forsale. It happened to have a 2 brothers slip on... which my girl was looking for something with a tip like that. It was a little rashed but I will deal with that later.

I put it back on and snapped off a few to show what it could have potentially looked like. (granted in these pictures if it was a little bit longer it would look a little better... but I wasnt going to do it twice just so that I could take pictures)





Here is the finished product. Can all rivited back together and put on her bike. She loves it. Me personally I would have made it a little longer but she wanted it that short. Her bike is also stretched back out in these pictures.

 

Nice work! You should definitely rotate the can a few more degrees clockwise so it should tilt like this >>>>> / <<<<< rather than >>> \ <<<<. Just a suggestion.

Any sound difference?

 

she wants the name facing out like it is. LOL... its her bike... but her bike does pitch over a little... so when she is on the bike... it sits more upright than anything. So its kinda like >>>>>>>> | <<<<<<<<< when she is riding.

As far as the sound... She used to have some beat as cut up Yoshimira exhaust... ended up pulling that off and giving it to my nephew cause he didnt have anything for his 02 R6.

Then we had to get a title for her bike and the bike had to be completely stock. So I had to get a new chain and put the stock exhaust back on it. The bike was super quiet. She would ride up beside me and I wouldnt even know it. She hated not being able to hear her bike.

So we pulled the exhaust off completely and she just ran an open header. HOLY GOD!!! It is so loud just an open header. I had to run mine for a week while HR1 was rebuilding my exhaust can too. It is so unbelievably loud. LOL

Anyways, we put the two brothers on there and it had a slight grumble to it. Nothing to get excited about, but far better than the stock bazooka. So we cut it up. It is as loud as my bike... which is pretty loud.. but i like others being able to hear me. Hers looks better than mine though. I think that it might even perform better.

I know that when her stock exhaust was on there.. she had nothing for power... now she is pulling me from a 6th gear roll on. She does not race her bike. She likes to play around, but she is scared of it coming up (hence the reason that its stretched). She wont down shift below 4th gear though. Its ok though... she loves her bike... and thats all that matters.

I just made a $5 bucks homemade on the tail mount for my camera to video it. It turned out OKAY and vibrates lot, videos coming soon. uploading on youtube now.

 

I hear that. I can only imagine how fucking loud it is though. haha

 

When leaving out of driveway you will see the mountain far up there. that's skyline drive mountain i live by. :P
