you know that every bikers in racing must to have a flexiable body likely let body moves itself after crash. sometimes they feel that they can stand up then get up quickly to get bike runs and back in track if they can.. correct me if i am mistaken.. that's what i heard/seen on tv many times.
never put your hands stand on the road.. let shoulders/helmet do it i rather that than missing fingers.

i got 2 extra hard shell back protectors that i've been wanting to get rid of. but you may be better off with the icon field armor underneath the jacket. i could be wrong but i think the icon one is less bulky than the ones i have.
