To be honest with you, and this coming from someone who owned a 240, you CAN drift on a stock suspension. It'll eventually destroy it, but you can do it. That why its so incredibly ignorant when people in this area slap "drift" on the back of their 240 or even claim to be drifters, because to drift you're daily driver is just stupid, even with modified suspension.

To those that really drift, they more than likely have a separate means of transportation and "changing out subframes" doesn't sound foreign to them.

The rest are embracing a fad and when they screw up the ride "drifting" tend to just buy a another ride completely. Bandwagon.

The motor has nothing to do with drifting by the way. The KA works just fine. Just so you know.

but anyway, i hate when people spend alllll their money on interior or exterior work but when you lift the hood... BAM completely STOCK!!! now dont get me wrong, i know allll about hooking a car up on a budget. but because of that my car looks stock, i mean shit im still sittin' on hubs. but i've seen plenty of cars sittin' on nice rims with cf hoods and spiffy paint jobs in my rearview mirror

 

Perhaps their life doesn't revolve around speed.

Because girls like sexy objects, not primer gutted crx's. (No offense to the owners, just an example.) Not that having a fast car isn't great.... it is, but there is good that comes from balance.

 

They can have their 'balance' of no power mods. My favorite win is when they have girlfriend in the car with them :P

 

ok seriously, we dont care what other ppl think of our plates, we just put them up their to be funny so if u didnt pay for them then please just shut the f*** up about it(that goes for anyone) and by me saying this im not trying to come off as some jackass its just something that we thought was funny and as far as our skill is concerned, im not saying that we're prodrifters straight from japan...no we're far from it... but if u think for more that two sceonds you'll realize that even the pros had to start some where....... and we're not the fags that go hauling ass through an intersection and saying that we can drift the f***ing world.......no we go out and find a spot where nobody can get hurt (except for us) and practice......and one more thing we've been into drfting for the past 3 1/2 years now, so for all u ppl who think that we just jumped on the bandwagon then go F*** yourself (and i mean that in the nices way).........and just to let u know im not stock i've done my fair share of things

 

I really dont like any of the Scions, they are all ugly and bloated. Also cant stand PT Cruisers, they are just horrid to look at. Especially the ones with the fake wood panelling.
