Never was in it. Noticed how when are injuries in a wreck, everyone comes jumping in to say how much of an angel that person was. I'm a big fan of personal responsibility. If you run around a turn on bald tires at obviously over the speed limit, regardless if you were "racing", then you took a risk and should accept the responsibility for those actions. If you really think that guy's actions didn't contribute to his own injuries, then by all means, e-thug away.
