At 24k you really need to decide if you want new or how old you're willing to go. Personally I'd get a 02 WS6 or 02ish E46 M3.

Almost $15k with almost 100k miles on it. For that price, Derrick, you could get a Testarossa




..maybe not literally, but you can get old high mileage Ferrari's for cheap actually. Or sort of cheap anyway.. and you could probably get an old Countach for a little more too
