Like it says i got pulled over last week for illegal exhaust on a stock SRT-4 by Officer Kellogg. He told me if these vehicles were produced without mufflers then virginia wouldnt allow the sale of these, and he said "this car looks like a regular neon to me and your car is all custom, body and exhaust." BS.......I showed him the owners manual and he said thats not proof enough, fight it in court. The most funniest thing is that it was raining and he dropped to his belly on the asphault to check for mufflers under my car and he had no hat on nothing, so he pretty much was soaked while he had me pulled. Im going to fight this in court and make him feel dumb.
he used almost those exact words "neons didnt come from the factory with dual chrome tipped exhaust"
i laughed at him.

when i had my sc400, the cop told me my stock exhaust was illegal too
& his name was "officer policia" lolz
i couldnt help but laugh while pulled over...his comment about my exhaust, his name, and the fact that he took 45 min to write a non-moving violation and get corrected by another officer right in front of me
