anyone know who the guy with the license plate LT4 and its a black camaro with hoodscoop, red stripes, says 383 on the hood, and big NX decal on the front window. I ran him awhile back with my old setup and was side by side with him spinning my ass off on some 13" wheels.

I don't know him, but I have seen that car at my work.
