my first question is if u live in va and you are a resident here then why do u have ny plates? cause i know with my insurance/and other in va i couldnt have another states plates with va insurance/va resident. not only that but why would u go all the way back to ny to pay property tax on a car when u live in va . if u have a va tag car then why have ny insurance on one car and va on the other it would be two diff policy with two primary cars . it would be cheaper to have one policy with muti car discount and sec car discount. . i know its got to be insur casue you got plates on it and its on public roads plusu have about 10g in it..but to get plates from another state dont u have to be a resiendets there too. and u said you live in va . so how do u have ny plates ?



2nd off u said u drove to get this car tuned. so u drove from va to hampsire on a untuned car . ticking bomb no one but a dumbass would do that .

3rd question
