You should buy it i will take your offer if you pick it up today. And yes i just changed the oli and fuel filter 2 weeks ago..

How 'bout timing belt/water pump? this really doesn't affect my decision, its just good to know.

No i have not changed them. But i have a folder full of receipts.(previous owner)
