it's a little under twice as fast down at home. up-pipe is still the same.

If some of you that are having slow Cox speeds and you have had the services for a while, and the modem is over 5 years old, you won't get much over 10.
Getting a new modem can do wonders for your speeds.

they don't want people using their connection as a server. you have to pay extra for that.
home users get a decent down pipe only.
that is, until there is more competition.
